I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean with a lovely view, but they were too small for our needs and were quite dark. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff always ready to assist. The location was perfect, right on Las Ramblas close to Catalunya Square. I couldn't believe how cozy and relaxing my stay was at this hotel. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on clouds, the location was perfect despite the busy street, and the room amenities were superb. The only downside was the small window and high humidity in the room.
